So, I have this math test tomorrow that I was really worried about a few days ago. Naturally, I started studying for it. I sat at my desk, covered myself in a blanket, made some chai, put on some smooth instrumental music, and had at it. As the hours went by and I did more and more of the problems that I thought were really difficult, I realized, they weren't all that bad. Pretty soon, I was just doing problems for the fun of it!
That's how studying should feel. All too often, feelings of stress cloud your judgment and hinder your ability to effectively study. That's where things go wrong. A little bit of stress is okay to keep yourself moti
